Recognizing the need for qualified educators proficient in modern teaching methods, the education-minded community of Saltora took the initiative to establish a teacher training institute. Saltora B.Ed. College was founded in 2005 at Saltora, Bankura, West Bengal, with the aim of empowering teachers to nurture students effectively. The college is recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
